CALORATTO Roaster

Classic cylinder roaster that combines quality, durability and beautiful finish, available in 5, 10, 15 and 30 kg versions.
Roasting process that uses both conduction as convection, with the goal of performing special roasting curves, with precise controls for temperature, air flow and cylinder rotation.

LABORATTO Roaster

Versatile sample roaster, used mainly for grading specialty coffees.
Fine stainless steel and bronze finish, with air flow control, accurate digital control for bean temperature and gas pressure.
Available in modular version with 2, 4 and 6 roasting cylinders, offers the operator the possibility to create several roasting profiles for the same coffee sample. Used in sensory analyses (SCA scale) and to replicate profiles in large scale.

The roasting process is done by convection, using only a burner for roasting and also to eliminate smoke and residues, with a special system that recirculates air.
